کنترلر دی اس پی (DSP)

کنترلر دی اس پی (DSP) مدل A11 یک کنترلر بسیار مفید برای دستگاههای سی ان سی می باشد. این کنترلر که نیازی به کامپیوتر ندارد خود را از کنترلر های PC بیس جدا ساخته و با الکترونیک پیشرفته و برنامه نویسی های داخلی یک پک جمع و جور و پرکاربرد را رقم زده است. این کنترلر برای موتورهای استپ طراحی شده اما قابلیت کنترل موتورهای سرو را دارد.

خصوصیات سیستم

دارای cpu 8 هسته ای با خاصیت سریع ترکردن سرعت و قوی تر کردن ظرفیت پردازش .

دارای ۱۶ کلید عملیاتی و حمل راحت که یاد گرفتن و استفاده از آن بسیار راحت است .ساده و سریع در عملکرد.

حافظه داخلی ۵۱۲ مگابایت.

و نیزاز ابزارهای ذخیره ساز قابل خذف با ظرفیت بالا پشتیبانی میکند.

این سیستم محورهای x,y,z را پشتیبانی میکند و می تواند از محور چهارم چرخشی (C) نیز پشتیبانی کند.این سیستم هم چنین می تواند پردازش را از حالت سطحی به حالت چرخشی تغییر دهد.

در هر برد i/o چهار سیگنال ورودی و خروجی وجود دارد.که می تواند به ۳۲ سیگنال ورودی و خروجی ارتقا پیدا کند.

از نرم افزارهای مختلف مثل Type3,Artcam,UG,Pro/E,Master CAM,Cimatron,Wentaiو…برای Gcode گیری را ساپورت می کند.

فرکانس اسپیندل را از صفر تا مقدار ماکزیموم فرکانس به ۷ قسمت تقسیم میکند.و میتوانید دور اسپیندل را کم و زیاد کرده بدون اینکه در پردازش وقفه ایجاد کند.

کاربر می توان نسبت سرعت را تنظیم کند.مقدار نسبت سرعت از ۰٫۱ تا ۱ است و می توانید به مقدار ۰٫۱ این نسبت را افزایش یا کاهش دهید.

زمانی که تغذیه را قطع می کنیم اطلاعات را ذخیره می کند.

سیستم را نباید در محیط هایی که در آنها میدان های مغناطیسی شدید وجود دارد قرار داد.

کابل پارالل انتقال دهنده دیتا از کنترلر دستی به ماشین را دو تکه نکنید.و از کابل یک تکه استفاده کنید.

سیم اتصال به زمین باید به محلی که ماشین در آن قراردارد وصل شود تا از ایمنی و

از رفتن گردوخاک, براده فلزات و اجسام رسانا به داخل کنترلر دستی جلوگیری کنید.

زمانی که دستگاه در حال پردازش اطلاعات از فلش است فلش را برای جلوگیری از وقفه در انتقال از کنتزلر جدانکنید.

اگر برای مدت زمان زیادی از دستگاه استفاده نمی کنید ولتاژ تغذیه را خاموش
